Dr. Lucy Tully is a Senior Lecturer and Senior Supervising Psychologist at the University of Sydney’s School of Psychology, and Director of Flagship Trials for Growing Minds Australia. With over 20 years of clinical and research experience, her work focuses on improving parenting interventions, child mental health literacy, and father engagement in family therapy. She leads national initiatives like the Growing Minds Australia clinical trials network and has expertise in behavioral problems, measurement-based care, and culturally diverse digital health tools.
Current research projects include evaluating the Family Man parenting intervention, developing universal mental health screening tools for preschoolers, and investigating measurement-based care models. Dr. Tully’s grants include Australian Rotary Health funding for child mental health screening and interventions targeting neurodevelopmental disorders.
Her research interests span parent-child interactions, evidence-based interventions, and mental health literacy. She supervises PhD students exploring parenting interventions and child mental health measurement.
