Lucy Omwoha, MSc, is an Examinations Manager and Senior Lecturer at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. She holds a bachelor's in International Business Management and a master’s in International Event Management, currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Brighton. Her roles include mentoring bachelor’s students as Head of Process Tutors, overseeing examination integrity, and coordinating real-world academic projects as Project Week Coordinator.
Her research focuses on leveraging tacit knowledge in the hospitality industry, exploring migrant professionals' expertise to drive innovation. Key research areas include diversity in work environments, knowledge-sharing, and organizational learning. Professional expertise spans examination management, project coordination, and coaching. Teaching domains include event, hospitality, and tourism management. Industrial interests align with hotels, catering, and value addition in food and agriculture.
