Lucy Hackshaw

Lucy Hackshaw is an academic and industry professional affiliated with University of the Arts London (UAL)’s Central Saint Martins. She serves as a Lecturer in MA Innovation Management while maintaining an active role in corporate innovation consultancy through her founded venture, Flux. Her work bridges academic theory with practical applications in systemic problem-solving and design-led strategies.

Research Interests: Hackshaw specializes in cross-sector innovation management, focusing on translating complex systemic challenges into commercially viable solutions. Her expertise spans customer experience design in performance retail, luxury brand environments, and automotive design, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration between academia and industry.
