Lucy Gay is an Associate Professor at Leeward Community College, University of Hawai‘i, where she directs the Waianae Educational Opportunities initiative at the Waianae Moku Center. Since 2003, she has led outreach programs addressing workforce training, economic development, and educational equity in the Waianae region through partnerships with the Leeward Chancellor's office and UH System leadership.
