Lucile Allen-Paisant is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Leeds Business School within Leeds Beckett University. She also serves as Director of Mind It Ltd, Founder of the annual Leeds Wellbeing Week, and Board Member of the Centre for Entrepreneurship & Knowledge Exchange (CEKE).
Research & Teaching Focus:
- Entrepreneurship (Social, Environmental, Sustainable, Creative)
- Wellbeing, Culture, Inclusion & Diversity in Workplaces
Over ten years of industry experience in project management and business development inform her teaching portfolio, which spans undergraduate and postgraduate modules such as Entrepreneurship in a Challenging Global Economy, Tech Entrepreneurship, and Social Entrepreneurship. Previously she has taught Business Strategy, Leading Innovation & Change, Business in Action, Building Relationships, and Individual Enhancement.
Her entrepreneurial ventures include directing Mind It Ltd as a wellbeing consultancy and founding Leeds Wellbeing Week, a city-wide festival promoting wellbeing activities. These initiatives complement her academic role by fostering practical impact and community engagement in the Leeds region.
