Dr. Lucia Cervi is a Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the University of Edinburgh Business School. She serves as a Teaching Champion for the Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability Committee (UEBS) and contributes to courses on Human Resource Management and qualitative research methods. Her academic roles include supervising PhD and dissertation students across UG, MSc, and MBA programs while maintaining affiliations with the Centre for Business, Climate Change, and Sustainability (B-CCaS) and the Gender, Work and Organization Research Network on Gender and Health at Work.
