Lucas Sales Queiroz

Lucas Sales Queiroz serves as an Assistant Professor at the National Food Institute (DTU Food), Technical University of Denmark, focusing on sustainable food production engineering and contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals for responsible consumption and production.
