Luca Bianchi is an Associate Professor of Civil Procedural Law (IUS 15) at the Department of Law, Political and International Studies, University of Parma. He graduated in Law from the University of Parma with a thesis on 'The devolutive effect of appeals' and earned his PhD in Civil Procedural Law from the State University of Milan.
