Luc Renard

Luc Renard is a Professor at the EHESP School of Public Health, affiliated with the Institute of Management (IdM). His research focuses on the organization, regulation, and management of health services within health, social, and medico-social systems. He actively participates in policy initiatives, including DGCS working groups on modernizing nursing home management and ODAS groups analyzing cost determinants in medico-social institutions.

Education: Holds a Professional IPASS diploma and a Physics-Chemistry university diploma (outside his current field). Teaches courses on funding mechanisms, financial control, contractualization, and performance evaluation for social/medico-social organizations to audiences including DH, D3S, Masters programs, and specialized training tracks (MISP, ICARS).
