Luc Beaudoin is a Professor and Director of the Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies (GWSS) program at the University of Denver’s College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. His research focuses on queer writers and their translation across languages, cultures, and historical contexts. He teaches queer studies, queer theory, and broader gender studies disciplines.

Research Interests: Dr. Beaudoin explores how queer writers navigate identity through translation—both linguistic and cultural. He has engaged with Russian literature archives, including the Pushkinskii Dom in Leningrad.
