Lovisa Halje is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the Department of Business Law, Lund University Centre for Business Law. She specializes in private law aspects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability, integrating these themes into both her research and teaching.
Her research focuses on the operationalization of CSR through contract law, law of sale of goods, marketing law, and company law, with an emphasis on private enforcement mechanisms and the juridification of CSR. She has contributed to academic discussions on these topics through presentations at conferences such as the Lund University Research Conference on Sustainable Development (2024) and Litteracitet och lärande i högre utbildning (2023).
At the undergraduate level, she incorporates CSR and sustainability into private law curricula, ensuring students engage with these critical legal frameworks.
