Louise Oldridge

Dr Louise Oldridge is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. She teaches across undergraduate, postgraduate, and corporate programmes, and serves as Assistant Course Leader for the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. Her career includes nine years of HR practice in industry, focusing on strategy development, policy implementation, and multi-site management. Her research explores intersections of gender, work, and care, with a current focus on young adult carers' university experiences. She collaborates with academics like Professors Anne-Marie Greene and Mary Larkin.
