Louise Lawton serves as a Senior Lecturer Practitioner at Anglia Ruskin University within the School of Education, Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, based in Chelmsford. Her extensive background in school leadership includes roles as Deputy Head Teacher, Lead Practitioner, Advanced Skills Teacher, and Specialist Leader of Education, where she engaged in curriculum design, classroom teaching, and professional development for educators.

- MBA in Educational Leadership and Management from Anglia Ruskin University
