Louise Kringelum is an Associate Professor at the Business School of Aalborg University, Denmark. Her research focuses on strategic management, inter-organizational collaboration, and critical realism, with a particular emphasis on business models, sustainability, and digital transformation. She explores topics such as industrial symbiosis, port systems innovation, and take-back schemes for waste management. Her work bridges theory and practice through engaged scholarship, including embedded researcher roles.
Her research areas include strategic implementation processes, organizational learning, and the governance of collaborative networks. She investigates challenges in business school leadership and contributes to frameworks for evaluating faculty career development.
