Louis K.C. Chan

Louis K.C. Chan is the Hoeft Professor of Business and Chair of the Department of Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's Gies College of Business. He joined the faculty in 1988, advancing through ranks from Assistant Professor to full Professor. His academic leadership includes roles as Department Chair since 2012 and membership in Hong Kong's Research Grants Council since 2009.
