Louis Gostiaux

Louis Gostiaux is a CNRS Researcher (CR1) at the Laboratory of Fluid Mechanics and Acoustics (LMFA), affiliated with École Centrale de Lyon and the University of Lyon. His research focuses on internal wave dynamics and stratified turbulence in oceanic and laboratory settings, with a particular emphasis on the STRATIMIX project (ANR-funded since 2014) exploring stratified fluid dynamics through experimental approaches.

His key research interests include geophysical fluid dynamics, turbulence modeling, and experimental fluid mechanics.
