Louis Chang, MD, FACS, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University, practicing at Bethesda and Baltimore locations. He is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in spinal conditions, with expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques.
