Lottie Atton is a PhD candidate and Teaching Assistant at the University of Plymouth's Faculty of Science and Engineering, affiliated with the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences. Her research focuses on seafloor hydrothermal systems and high-resolution mineral mapping, supervised by Dr. Michelle Harris, Dr. Andrew Parsons, and Professor Tony Morris.
As a Teaching and Support Assistant, she contributes to modules such as Sustainable Geoscience, Earth Materials & Resources, and Ocean Geoscience. Her work aligns with the NERC ARIES Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP), emphasizing interdisciplinary earth sciences research.
