Lotte Swank

Lotte Swank is a PhD candidate and Lecturer at the University of Groningen, within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Economics, Econometrics and Finance. She teaches courses in microeconomics, mathematics, and statistics.

Recent Research Highlights: Her most recent publication, "Vague news and fake news," explores how citizens respond to noisy and biased media reports, published in the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization. She has also co-authored research on the political economy of legal regimes and the separation of powers, analyzing how decision-making structures affect corruption and favoritism.
