Lorraine Young serves as University Teacher in Fine Art, Programme Director for Fine Art, and Associate Dean of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) at Loughborough University's School of Design and Creative Arts, where she leads academic programs and institutional inclusion initiatives within the Fine Art department.
