Lorraine Knibbs

Lorraine Knibbs is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at Bath Spa University, specializing in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice. She serves as Module Lead for 'Counselling, Ethics and the Law' and has 23+ years of clinical psychotherapeutic practice experience, with teaching and supervision roles across the UK, Ireland, and international humanitarian projects in Poland, Greece, and the Middle East.

Her expertise spans trauma treatment, EMDR therapy, and ethical frameworks in counselling. She is actively involved in research and has contributed to publications in these fields.
