Lori Setton is the Department Chair and Lucy & Stanley Lopata Distinguished Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. She is affiliated with the McKelvey School of Engineering and holds roles in the Institute of Materials Science & Engineering, Division of Biology & Biomedical Sciences, and Center for Women’s Health Engineering. Her research focuses on musculoskeletal tissue degeneration and regeneration.

- Engineering novel materials for tissue regeneration
- Drug delivery systems for musculoskeletal diseases
