Lori Burton is an Adjunct Instructor and Placement Advisor at Temple University’s College of Liberal Arts, affiliated with the Master of Public Policy Program. She brings over 20 years of strategic and operational experience across public and private sectors, currently serving as Director of IT Process Improvement at the Maryland Department of Human Services.

Research & Teaching Focus:
Her academic contributions center on public administration, public policy, and human services, with an emphasis on applying project-management and IT methodologies to government operations. She teaches Project Management in the Public Sector, integrating real-world case studies from her extensive leadership roles.
