Anuj Gupta is an Adjunct Instructor at Temple University's College of Liberal Arts, where he contributes to the Master of Public Policy Program. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to Congressman Dwight Evans (PA-03), Gupta oversees legislative and policy agendas, communications strategies, and constituent services across Philadelphia and Washington offices.

His professional expertise spans public policy implementation, nonprofit leadership, and urban redevelopment. Previously, he managed the Reading Terminal Market as General Manager for five years and led Mt. Airy USA as Executive Director, focusing on housing counseling, business associations, and charter school infrastructure. Gupta also practiced real estate and affordable housing law at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP.
Anuj Gupta earned the Public Space Fellowship from the Knight Foundation for his work in improving urban public spaces. He maintains active roles in Philadelphia's civic and healthcare sectors while continuing his teaching responsibilities.
