Lorena LOSI

Lorena LOSI is an Associate Professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, affiliated with the Department of Maternal-Child and Adult Medical and Surgical Sciences. Her research focuses on molecular pathology, oncology, and immunohistochemistry, with an emphasis on genetic/epigenetic alterations in tumors such as colorectal and ovarian cancers. She leads the Histocytological and Molecular Pathology laboratory, investigating biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, and targeted therapies.

Dr. LOSI teaches courses in pathological anatomy, histocytology, and molecular pathology for Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, and Biomedical Laboratory Techniques programs.
