Lorena Gabriela NIȚOIU is a Lecturer in the Department of Law at the Faculty of Law, Transilvania University of Brașov, Romania. Her academic work bridges constitutional litigation, human rights protection, and European Union legal frameworks.

• Research Focus: Constitutional Law, European Business Law, Human Rights Enforcement, and Single Market Regulations.
