Loren Frank

Loren Frank, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Neurology at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), where he has been conducting groundbreaking neuroscience research since 2003. His laboratory focuses on understanding how the hippocampus generates thoughts and simulations of future scenarios to guide decision-making, bridging memory and cognition through hippocampal neural ensembles and memory replay.
