Loni Hagen is an Associate Professor at the School of Information, University of South Florida. Her expertise spans data science, digital governance, and crisis communication. She holds a PhD from the University at Albany, SUNY, and has extensive experience in applying big data analytics to public policy and cybersecurity challenges.
