Lokke Moerel

Lokke Moerel is a Full Professor of Global ICT Law at Tilburg University and Senior Counsel at Morrison & Foerster, specializing in data protection and cybersecurity. She leads the EU-wide binding data protection rules initiative since 2004 and chairs the Dutch Cyber Security Council. Her work integrates legal frameworks with technological advancements, focusing on GDPR compliance, corporate governance, and ethical challenges in digital transformation.
