Llynne C. Kiernan is an Associate Professor in the Nursing department at Norwich University's School of Nursing, where she has taught since 2004. Her work focuses on leveraging simulation technology to enhance clinical skill development for nursing students.

Research Interests: She investigates the use of simulation technology for clinical training and innovative video debriefing methods. A key project involves the Boston College-Norwich University Collegiate Warrior Athlete Initiative, supported by the Wounded Warrior Project.
Grants & Affiliations: She has secured funding from organizations including the Charles A. Dana Category I Grant fund, Freeman Foundation, American Association of Colleges of Nursing, The Arnold P. Gold Foundation, and Vermont Genetics Network (NIH-funded). She also serves on the Vermont Board of Nursing Education Committee.
