Llewellyn M. Hyacinthe

Llewellyn M. Hyacinthe, MD, MBA, FACS serves as Associate Professor and Director of Operations in the Department of Urology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, concurrently holding the position of Chief of Urology at The University Hospital at Downstate (UHD). With continuous affiliation since 1998 and a decade-long tenure as Chief of Urology at Kings County Hospital, he pioneered robotic surgical platforms in Brooklyn while maintaining dual commitments to resident education and high-quality urological care for underserved Brooklyn communities.
