Liudmyla Batsenko

Dr. Liudmyla Batsenko is a Post-Doctoral International Teaching Fellow in Management and Marketing at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), appointed to the School of Real Estate and Land Management in 2022. She holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from Kharkiv National Agrarian University (2014), an MSc in Psychology (2022) from Sumy State Pedagogical University and Heriot-Watt University, and earlier degrees in Management. Prior to RAU, she served as an Associate Professor at Sumy National Agrarian University for 19 years. Her research focuses on Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Personal & Professional Development Planning, with a strong emphasis on sustainable development and digital transformation.
