Liu Jipeng is a Professor and doctoral supervisor at the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He holds multiple prominent positions including Vice President of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society (CERDS), chief expert of a major National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC) project, and legal adviser to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). As a panelist of the National People's Congress (NPC), he participated in drafting and amending key legislation including the State-owned Asset Law, Securities Law, Futures Trading Law, and Investment Fund Law. Additionally, he serves as an independent director for major corporations such as China Minsheng Banking, Zhongjin Gold Group, and Changan Automobile Company.
