Dr. Lisanne Groen is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, holding positions in the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, the Kooijmans Institute, and the Fundamental Rights, Regulation and Responsible Government unit.
