Lisa Tardo-Green

Lisa Tardo-Green is an Assistant Professor in the Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Duke University School of Nursing and graduated with both ADN and BSN degrees from Cabarrus College. Her professional background includes serving as a member of the Emergency Care Team at Atrium Health Cabarrus and leadership roles in the U.S. Army Reserves.

• Education: ADN & BSN from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences; MSN in Nursing Education from Duke University School of Nursing.

Her research and teaching interests focus on nursing education methodologies, clinical training, and healthcare workforce development. She actively contributes to nursing education through affiliations with the National League for Nursing and Sigma Theta Tau, a prestigious nursing honor society.
