Lisa Sublett is an Associate Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL), within the College of Human Sciences and Humanities. She holds positions at both the UHCL Campus and the UHCL at Pearland campus, where she conducts research and teaches.
