Lisa Sublett

Lisa Sublett is an Associate Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL), within the College of Human Sciences and Humanities. She holds positions at both the UHCL Campus and the UHCL at Pearland campus, where she conducts research and teaches. Her primary roles include mentoring students and contributing to academic discourse through research and editorial work.

Dr. Sublett earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a minor in Psychological Statistics and Data Analysis from the University of Houston. She previously served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Houston.

Her research focuses on work-life balance, employee attitudes, occupational health, and workplace value congruence. She applies statistical and psychometric expertise to design employee morale surveys for Houston-area companies.
