Her research focuses on storytelling's role in confronting silenced histories, particularly in post-apartheid South African fiction and Marina Warner's work. The monograph Marina Warner and the Ethics of Telling Silenced Stories (2020) establishes her expertise in narrative ethics. Recent articles address pandemic fiction, truth commissions, and restorative justice simulations, revealing interdisciplinary trends connecting literature with political science and pedagogy.
