Lisa Lattan

Lisa Lattan is the Acting Director of the LL.M. Program and a Lecturer of Law at the University of Kansas School of Law. She specializes in employee benefits law, with expertise in ERISA, tax, executive compensation, and securities regulations. Prior to academia, she served as a senior attorney at J.P. Morgan Chase and American Century Investments, later becoming a partner at Utz & Lattan, LLC. She has advised on mergers and acquisitions, handled Department of Labor and IRS audits, and acted as an expert witness in litigation.
