Lisa Lambert Snodgrass

Lisa Lambert Snodgrass is an Associate Professor and Director of the Higher Education Program at Purdue University's College of Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction (2017) and has served in various academic roles since 2018, including Assistant Professor and Post-doctoral Research Associate.

• Education: Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction (Purdue, 2017); M.S. in Educational Administration (Purdue, 2000); B.A. in English Education (Purdue, 1992)

Her research focuses on cultural intelligence, experiential learning, and social justice in education, with particular emphasis on international internship programs, equity for first-generation and undocumented students, and intercultural competency frameworks. She has published extensively on topics related to education finance, institutional policies, and global learning outcomes.
