Professor Lisa French serves as Dean of RMIT University's School of Media and Communication, leading academic strategy with a focus on innovation, creativity, and industry engagement. She holds a Professorial appointment and has been Dean since 2017. Her research emphasizes women in film/TV, media, and gender studies, with notable works like The Female Gaze in Documentary Film (2021) and Womenvision (2003).
