Lisa Albrecht is a Lecturer of Trombone at Nazareth University's School of Music, where she maintains a studio of undergraduate and graduate students. Her responsibilities include leading weekly studio classes, co-teaching Low Brass Methods, and performing with the resident faculty brass quintet, Wilmot Brass. She has previously taught at Juilliard School Pre-College Division, University of Texas (San Antonio), Eastman Community Music School, and Eastman School of Music.

Lisa is a versatile performer with expertise in trombone and brass instruments. Her research and performance interests span classical orchestral work, chamber music, historical brass ensembles, and solo recitals. She has collaborated with diverse groups such as Spiritus Collective, Rebel Baroque Orchestra, and Summit Brass, and has been featured as a soloist at international festivals.

Lisa maintains an active performance career, having served as Second Trombonist of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra since 2009 and held positions with the New York Philharmonic, Minnesota Orchestra, and others. She has performed on over twenty Broadway productions, with legendary artists like Tony Bennett and Audra McDonald, and co-founded the Hohenfels Trombone Quartet.
