Lisa A. Bickel

Lisa A. Bickel serves as an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Radiologic Sciences within Southern Illinois University Carbondale's College of Health and Human Sciences. She holds multiple advanced certifications in sonography specialties and teaches core clinical and theoretical courses across the Radiologic Sciences curriculum.

Her research interests focus on advanced diagnostic ultrasound applications, with expertise spanning vascular, abdominal, breast, and neurosonology domains. She integrates clinical physics principles with hands-on radiographic pathology training to prepare students for medical imaging careers.
