Dr. Lipika Chablani is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at St. John Fisher University's Wegmans School of Pharmacy, where she has taught since 2012. She teaches courses including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, and Compounding. Dr. Chablani holds a B.Pharm from Mumbai University, M.S. from Campbell University, and Ph.D. from Mercer University, where she also completed a Pharmacy Teaching Certificate program.
Her research focuses on advanced drug delivery systems, particularly in oncology and immunotherapy. She leads an active laboratory investigating particulate vaccine design, nanoscale drug carriers, and cancer immunotherapy platforms. Current projects explore microparticulate vaccine formulations for breast cancer and novel transdermal delivery systems.
Dr. Chablani maintains extensive research collaborations with institutions including Abbott Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline, Bausch and Lomb, and Emory University. Her publication record demonstrates consistent focus on pulmonary drug delivery systems, cancer vaccine development, and novel formulation techniques since 2017.
