Linnea Khodiar is a doctoral student and researcher at Lund University's Department of Educational Sciences within the Faculties of Humanities and Theology. She is part of the ROCIT graduate school, a collaborative network of eight universities focusing on teacher education. Her work investigates the professional identity formation and socialization of newly graduated teachers in market-driven school contexts.
Research Focus
Her research examines how neoliberal marketization impacts teacher development and professional identity construction. Key themes include:
- Teacher socialization in market-oriented educational environments
- Professional identity dynamics in contemporary school systems
- Collaborative networks in teacher education (ROCit project)
