Lindsay Allen

Lindsay Allen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). Her research focuses on older women’s health, particularly addressing urinary incontinence, fall risk assessment, and pelvic floor muscle training. She has contributed to systematic reviews on ankle injury prevention in youth sports and behavioral interventions in nursing home settings.
