Lindie Hanyu Liang is an Associate Professor at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. Her research investigates leadership dynamics, employee well-being, and organizational justice in workplace environments.
Professor Liang's expertise encompasses leadership effectiveness, mindfulness applications in organizational contexts, emotional regulation strategies, and justice perceptions. She examines how leadership behaviors influence employee psychological states and organizational outcomes.
Her scholarly work employs diverse methodologies to explore the intersections of power, ethics, and well-being in professional settings. Current research investigates mindfulness interventions for stress reduction and ethical decision-making frameworks in leadership contexts.
