Dr. Linda Wirthwein is a Research Associate in Educational and Differential Psychology at TU Dortmund's Institute of Psychology. Her work examines subjective well-being in educational contexts, motivational determinants of academic performance, and inclusive education for gifted students.
Current projects investigate well-being trajectories during COVID-19 and developmental impacts of parental mental illness. She contributes to psychology curriculum design for secondary education.
Research Focus: Longitudinal analyses of student well-being, goal orientation impacts on achievement, and transgenerational psychopathology patterns within family systems.
