Anke Hufer-Thamm is a Researcher at the Department of Educational Sciences and Psychology within the Faculty of Education, Psychology and Educational Research at the Technical University of Dortmund. Previously, she worked at Bielefeld University and the University of Kassel.

Recent publications highlight her work on self-esteem, life satisfaction, political orientation, and achievement motivation through behavioral genetics. Her studies span adolescence, early adulthood, and longitudinal twin family analysis.
