Linda Te Aho, MNZM, is an Associate Professor at the University of Waikato's Te Piringa Faculty of Law. She holds dual appointments in the faculty and the Division of Arts, Law, Psychology and Social Sciences. Her roles include Associate Dean Māori and senior governance positions with Waikato-Tainui and the Ngārimu VC Memorial Scholarship Fund. She is a qualified independent hearings commissioner for resource consent matters, emphasizing Māori environmental knowledges (mātauranga).

Research Interests: Focuses on Treaty of Waitangi claims, Māori environmental governance, post-settlement iwi governance, and legal education reform. Her work bridges tikanga Māori with contemporary legal frameworks, particularly in water rights and resource management. Current projects include research on Ngāti Koroki Kahukura identity and bijural legal education.
