Linda Rouleau is a Professor at HEC Montréal's Department of Management, specializing in Strategy-as-practice, Organization theories, and Middle management dynamics. She co-coordinates the Strategy as Practice Study Group. Her work focuses on extreme contexts, organizational restructuring, and pluralistic challenges.
Education: M.A. (socio.) from Université Laval and Ph.D. (administration) from HEC Montréal. She teaches courses like 'Théories des organisations' and 'Regards croisés sur les grands enjeux de société et l'entreprise'.
Research interests include strategizing in extreme environments, middle managers' roles, and narrative practices. Recent publications explore acquisition dynamics, grand challenges, and intersectional feminism in precarious organizations.
